Friendship Lodge is an exquisite waterfront home built in 2005.  It features a covered porch overlooking Goodyear Lake.  There is a set of wooden steps down to the lake with an extensive deck and dock system on the 90 feet of private waterfront.  The four bedrooms each have a window A/C unit and there are ceiling fans throughout.  This custom-built home has a maple kitchen with granite countertops, four bedrooms and three baths.  The open floor plan features a great room with living, dining and kitchen areas all overlooking the lake.  The master bedroom enjoys a private balcony also overlooking the lake.  This home has all of the contemporary conveniences for your comfort.  It has a separate room for the children with their own TV/VCR/DVD.  The decor is a delightful mix of antique oak and contemporary items.

This magnificent waterfront home is convenient to all youth baseball tournament locations in both Cooperstown and Oneonta.  Canoe and kayak rentals available nearby.
