This is a pleasant summer home in a quiet area. It is located on the north end of Goodyear Lake and has a large level front yard. The fishing is great and this area is ideal for canoeing and kayaking. Upon request, owner will provide bikes for children and/or adults.
This one-story home is convenient to both Cooperstown Dreams Park and baseball tournament activity in Oneonta. Canoe and kayak rentals are available in the area.
