Brookside is very conveniently located close to Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park, in Fly Creek. It has a large yard, and a 48 foot deck overlooking a small stream. It is just across the street from a restaurant, a country store and a café.  Also very close is a newly built diner, complete with a large game room for children.

Adults enjoy the 42" flat screen TV, while young children enjoy the "grass maze' that owner has created in the yard.  Children especially enjoy catching frogs and playing in the stream.  It is also good fishing here. Brookside has a game room complete with ping pong table, foosball table and electronic darts. A basket ball hoop is also available.
