High Valley

Crafted from native timber, High Valley is one of a kind!  It sits on a hillside overlooking two delightful scenic ponds. There is a covered porch off the living room – a great place to watch the sunset or deer and wild turkeys in the meadows. Cathedral ceilings add drama. A deck with outdoor speakers sits over the pond’s edge. Guests are welcome to fish in the stocked bass and catfish ponds. This vacation lodge, built in 2001 – 2002 has all of the modern amenities needed for your vacation comfort, including A/C, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The floor plan is open and comfortable. The setting is private and the views are breathtaking; guests are welcome to hike the 200 acres. It is convenient to Cooperstown and the Dreams Park.

Adjacent building has a large game room with ping-pong table, foosball table and board games. There also is a full bath with shower and wireless internet access in the game room building.
