Spruce Hill

Spruce Hill is a superb choice for large groups – just 1 mile south of the Cooperstown Dreams Park.  It is a rambling farmhouse built circa 1830 and completely renovated with modern amenities in 2004. The hardwood floors add warmth and character. It is specifically designed to meet the needs of Dreams Park families.  This house features two living rooms – one for the children and one for the adults. There is also a newly built 24 x 24 lounge, complete with wet bar and cathedral ceilings.  There is a large eat-in kitchen, a handicap accessible bedroom and bath and parking for 8 cars.

The owners have thought of your every need. There is central a/c and a total of 6 TVs. In addition to the 6.5 baths, two of the bedrooms have a private sink. Spruce Hill is a 5,000 square foot home.

A professionally catered team barbeque is available. Fee not included in rental
