Baker House enjoyed a quality restoration / renovation in 2008. It sits on a 1 ½  acre lot in a tranquil setting in a Hartwick residential setting.  There is a covered rear porch and an open rear deck – an ideal place for outdoor dining, relaxing or watching your children play ball.  The owners have retained the original wide board floors and stair case of this vintage home.  Modern kitchen and baths promise you a comfortable stay. The tasteful décor includes many prints that are replicas of classic paintings that hang in the Fenimore Art Museum in Cooperstown.  A foosball table and basketball hoop are available for fun for all ages.
