It sits on 87 acres of meadows and lightly wooded rolling hills.  This private retreat includes a private pond where guests swim or fish (on a catch & release basis) from the dock.  The owner provides a rowboat for your pleasure.  The talented owner created an island resembling the shape of Great Britain in the pond, which is a 3 minute walk from the house.  The grounds around this charming home are graced with a garden pond with running water; a 500 square foot patio of hand laid stone is a perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing anytime of day.  There is a 1½ acre lawn with level places for a pick-up game of baseball.
