Bevin’s house is located in a private country setting surrounded by a lightly wooded area.  There is a large level yard where white tail deer and rabbits can be seen grazing.  There is a 240 square foot rear deck that is partially covered for rainy days.  The interior has wood floors and some of the walls are finished with v-groove cherry boards. A stone fireplace gives the living room a special ambiance.  This home is very convenient to the Dreams Park and Cooperstown Village – less than a ten-minute ride.
