New renovation in 2009, Four Directions sits above Otsego Lake with awesome views of the lake and rolling hills beyond. There is a very large yard. This log cabin structure is built into the hill, with a 1-bedroom unit on the lower level and a 2-bedroom unit on the top level. Each level has a private entrance. This is an ideal choice for families who want privacy but be near each other.
The lower level has glass doors that lead out to a stone patio complete with outdoor seating and dining. The lower level has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, a spacious living dining area and a full kitchen. The floors are tile throughout this level.
The top level is entered from the rear, which is ground level there. It features a covered balcony all across the front, overlooking the lake. This provides relaxation and outdoor dining with a calming view of the lake. This level has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a spacious living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests have Otsego Lake waterfront access with a dock and a paddleboat. The waterfront is a short walk from the home. This home has very large yard.
