Complete renovation in 2011 - 2012. Located on Canadarago Lake, Bluewaters has three levels - each one with breathtaking lake views. This waterfront home faces east; guests enjoy gorgeous sunrises. The living area, dining area and contemporary kitchen are on the middle level with glass doors that lead out to a wrap around deck. The three bedrooms are located on the top level; the king and queen bedrooms face the water and each has glass doors that lead out to a balcony. A full bath with shower and tub is located off the hallway on the top level.
The lower level includes a game room with an ESPN gaming station and a foosball table. There is a set of bunk beds in the game room, increasing the sleeping capacity to 8. There is a full bath with shower on the lower level.
Hosts provide 3 TVs (including 2 flat screens) - one in the living room, one in the game room and one in the master bedroom. The lower level balcony has a set of stairs that go directly to a dock. A paddle boat is provided for your use. There is great swimming and fishing off the dock. There is off street parking for two cars. The up-scale decor is in a contemporary style.
