Calstown is located on a 1.5 acre lot on a very private point on the northwest side of Goodyear Lake.  This area is commonly known as the Stump Pond portion of the lake and boasts some of the best bass fishing in the whole area.  This is a must for the avid fisherman.  A pair of bald eagles calls this area home – they often can be seen resting in the willow tree or diving for fish just beyond.  White tail deer and wild turkey may meander through the yard.  Calstown has a spacious living room and a sunroom that overlook the water. A deck overlooks the water.

Bring your own rooftop watercraft or rent a canoe and kayak just up the waterway.  This waterfront home is convenient to all baseball tournaments in Cooperstown and Oneonta.
