Amy's Goodyear Lodge sits on a 2-acre lot on the western shore of Goodyear Lake, with private wooded areas and a panoramic view of the lake. Lighted steps show the way from the parking area down to the lodge and wooden steps lead them to the private 200 foot waterfront. Waterfront decking is great place for relaxing. A screened in porch spans the width of the lodge, overlooking the water - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening nightcap.
This home is perfect choice for 2 - 3 families - there are three separate bedroom suites. Each suite has a twin bedroom and adjoining queen bedroom. There is a TV and ceiling fan in every bedroom and the queen bedrooms each have a window a/c unit and a water view.
The lodge has updated maple kitchen, tile countertops, open great room with original harwood floors, solid wood walls. A fieldstone fireplace is great for cool evenings, a 42" flat screen great for entertainment and a separate game room is great for family fun. The game room is complete with TV/DVD/VCR and game table. The eclectic decor combines the charm of yesterday with contemporary convenience.
Amy's Boathouse is located on the property, but is discreety separated by a stand of trees. This is convenient to baseball tournaments in both Cooeprstown and Oneonta.
