The dock at water’s edge sits on 65’ of private waterfront.  A 580 foot square deck looks out over the yard and waterfront.  The waterfront here is very child-friendly.  The owner provides a paddleboat for family fun.  Arnold Lake is a great place for swimming and fishing.
