Blue Heron takes its name from the graceful Blue Herons that do their own fishing in this section of Goodyear Lake.  The fishing is really impressive here. This charming and welcoming home sits on 6 acres with 2.5 acres of level lawn. The 600 feet of waterfront circle around a private peninsula, with the waterway wrapping around the property.  There is a lightly wooded area – a treasure for all to explore.  White tail deer, wild turkeys, and a multitude of songbirds often visit the yard. There is a covered front porch, an open rear deck and rear balcony.

Two vintage homes were blended together and completely renovated with contemporary amenities. The open graceful foyer flows into a dining area with glass doors leading to the rear deck.  Guests especially enjoy watching the quiet of nature from the breakfast nook. V-groove pine boards and wainscoting grace the common areas and create a warm and welcoming ambiance. This is a very private setting; the house sits several hundred feet off the road.  Your hosts provide a paddle boat, canoe and foosball table for your pleasure.
