Crabtree Cottage is a charming summer home with a screened-in flagstone patio overlooking Otsego lake with awesome view of the lake. It is located on 1.2 acres with a lightly wooded area in the rear. Nestled against the hill, with an eastern view, it is shielded from the warmer afternoon sun. The interior has oak flooring, natural wood gracing the walls and an updated kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the first floor and a sleeping loft for four and a bath on the second floor. The washer / dryer and a full size refrigerator are located in attached utility room. The tasteful décor provides ambiance for a relaxing vacation.
Swimming and fishing can be enjoyed at the waterfront across the road.
