Lakeside is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the western shore of Goodyear Lake, with a majestic view of the lake.  The 1000 square foot multi-level deck is complete with a hot tub for 6 people.  Guests enjoy fishing and swimming from the private dock.  Lakeside is perched on a hill overlooking the deck; the entry is on the top floor, bedrooms are on the top floor and the living, dining and kitchen areas are on the first floor below. Two of the bedrooms look out over the lake.  A sun-room accesses the deck via glass doors.  The dining area looks out to the lake.

Kayaks and canoes are available for rental in the area. Guests are welcome to bring their own rooftop boats; sorry, NO motor boats at this dock. Off street parking can hold a maximum of 2 cars.
