Clearview is a welcoming, spacious apartment located in the lower level of a new home built in 2005. This offering sits on a hill overlooking a nearby lake. Guests enjoy the amazing lake views from both the living room and the bedroom. The sunsets over the lake are breathtaking. A large stone patio is complete with furniture for outside dining and relaxing. The main room includes a sitting area, a dining area and kitchen. In addition to the bedroom with a queen bed, there is an alcove with a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. The tasteful décor includes tile floors throughout.
There is lake access a short walk away with a dock for swimming and fishing. Your hosts provide the free use of their tandem kayak . There are picnic tables at the shared waterfront.
Schedules and weather permitting, your hosts offer lake tours on their party boat, and sailing lessons on their Siren 17 sailboat.
