Classic Valley is a split-level home of new construction, with a covered front porch and a large open rear deck. Guests enjoy a beautiful long distance view from the deck. An awning gives shade over the dining area on the deck. Wood flooring in the living room and dining area, tile floors in the kitchen and baths, and wall to wall carpet in bedrooms and family room. There is one TV in the family room on lower level and one TV on the main level. Your hosts provide a game room complete with foosball table and exercise equipment that includes a treadmill and weights. Classic Valley is very convenient to Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park.
