The location is extremely convenient to both Dream's Park and downtown Cooperstown. The house smelled of bleach when I first walked in so I knew it was clean.

It was very convenient to the park and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have hangers in closets and better lighting outside. It's hard to see house at night. Motion light doesn't go on until you are in driveway. Maybe a light facing driveway and sign on house.

The people at Cooperstown Stay were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The home had everything we needed and was very clean.

It was very clean and good location . My only small complaint is there was supposed to be a tv in one of the bedrooms but everything was so good I didn't wanna complain.
