Bellevue Ranch is a fitting name; it boasts a beautiful panoramic view of the rolling foothills of the Catskill Mountains.  It sits on a gentle knoll that is part of 53 acres.  Built in 1979, and renovated in 2008, it has an in-ground pool, large yards, and covered front and rear stone patios. It has a large sunken living room, a user-friendly eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and sliding glass doors that lead out to a covered stone patio and the in-ground pool. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second.  This gracious home has a welcoming atmosphere; it is very convenient to the baseball tournaments in Oneonta.
