Apple Tree is very conveniently located in the center of Milford, less than a five-minute ride from the Cooperstown Dreams Park, or just 10 minutes from Cooperstown. The two apartments were renovated in early 2002. The Village Park is across the street, while the Charlotte Valley Railroad station is a block away. This is a scenic railroad that runs only during the day. Two local micro-breweries are close by. A country restaurant is across the street.
Apartment 1, located on the first floor, will comfortably accommodate 3 – 4 people. It has 1 queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas.
Apartment 2, located on the second floor, will comfortably accommodate 4 - 5 people. It has 1 queen bed and 2 daybeds.
