All About the Game

All About the Game is a delightful three bedroom, 2 bath home perched above Goodyear Lake.  This cedar-sided home has a level yard, patio, and a balcony off the master bedroom.  An outdoor fieldstone fireplace is graceful and functional.  The wooden steps go from the yard down to the 10 x 30 waterfront dock.  Glass doors exit from the sun/game room to the patio.  The game room is complete with chess, backgammon and a dartboard.

Canoe and kayak rentals are available in the area.  A state boat launch site is available on the eastern side of Goodyear Lake.
