Blueberry Hill is a charming two-bedroom cottage that was renovated in 2007.  It has 50 feet of waterfront on Arnold Lake with a picnic table and stone fireplace by the water.  The horseshoe pits are a pleasant pastime at the waterfront.  There is a dock for swimming and fishing. The cottage has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings in the living / dining area (bedoom and bathroom ceilings are lower height).  Skylights let in lots of natural light.  This cottage is very convenient to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.
