A dining / sunroom overlooks the back yard where you can watch the white tail deer or songbirds.  A hummingbird family visits the flowers regularly.  This cottage is complete with the comforts of home including dishwasher, washer / dryer and A/C window units.  There are 4 TVs – one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
