Cascade Falls

Cascade Falls is two-family home built in 2006.  It is perched on a side hill with an awesome view of Oneonta nestled in the Susquehanna River valley.  There is a picnic pavilion at the edge of a stream with 50-foot cascading waterfall.  Each unit has its own outdoor patio or deck complete with gas grill and outdoor seating.  The units share a separate spacious picnic pavilion.

Unit I has a 40 x 16 foot rear deck.  The master bath has a shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and 2 sinks.  This home features cathedral ceilings and a freestanding fireplace between the den  and the dining area.  There are electronically controlled security gates.

Unit II has French doors that lead out to a 12 x 12 patio with built in gas grill – the view of the valley is truly awesome from here.

Each apartment has high-speed internet access and Central A/C.
