1835 Stone House is a delightful combination of contemporary furnishings and the charm of vintage historic architecture. Located in a quiet village just north of Cooperstown, it is very convenient to all attractions in the area. The Cooperstown Dreams Park is just a 15-minute drive through our picturesque countryside.

A well supervised team party is welcome.

This stone house was built in 1835. Original architectural features have been lovingly retained and restored - such as flooring, moldings, the stairwell, and built-in cabinetry.  The large family room flows out to an open deck - for outside dining and relaxing. Guests enjoy campfires around an outside wood fire pit. 

Families especially enjoy spending time in the barn which includes dining space and a game room with ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard table and an 86" TV.  This historic structure was originally the Village Store. 

Your hosts have installed an Electric Vehicle Charging Station for your use.

Your hosts have successfully rented through another venue - their guests rave about the fun times they had in the game room/barn or playing on the large well-maintained lawn behind the barn. Guests especially love the fully stocked kitchen, and having ample space for their family vacation.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The TVs are set up for streaming movies.
