NEW RENOVATION - Munson Manor is a superb complete renovation.  The entire interior of this early home was removed and reconfigured. This evolution resulted in a stunning contemporary interior - ideal choice for the discerning traveler. It is just off the Route 28 corridor- only a five minute drive to either Cooperstown Dreams Park or the village of Cooperstown.

Enjoy outside relaxation on the spacious open deck or capture the solitude in a lawn chair on the hill behind the house. There is a fire pit for campfires under the stars.

The interior has an open floor plan with a comfortable flow from living area to the dining area to the kitchen. Door leads from the dining / kitchen area to the deck for outside dining and seating.  There is 1 bedroom +1 bath on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms + 1 bath on the 2nd floor. A high quality queen air mattress is available for extra sleeping capacity.
