Katy's Cottage is located in a quiet country setting less than 10 minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature from the front or back deck. This cozy home is perfect for a small group of travelers looking for convenience to the baseball fields, but with the charm of the country.

There is a large open floor plan, living, kitchen and dining area which is great for hanging out and preparing meals together. Guests working from home while on the road have a separate desk/office area right off the living room. You can spread out your work without worrying about having to pickup before the next meal. Super fast internet is also a plus here.

There are 2 bedrooms, one on each end of the house. A primary bedroom with a King and ensuite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. In both the living room and the king bedroom there are SmartTVs with ROKU so you won't miss out on any of your favorite streaming content.

A small yard to the rear of the home is a great way to get a little more fresh air while you are here. Wildlife is frequent in the backyard, keep your eyes open, you might spot some deer or wild turkeys if you're lucky.
