Azul Casita - means Blue House.  This welcoming home combines the warmth of Victorian woodwork and wood floors with contemporary furnishings and modern conveniences. It is half of a duplex with a private entrance and living on first and second floors.  Set in a residential neighborhood, it has a pleasant back yard complete with a fire pit and outside dining.

Families enjoy the game room with a game table.  Azul Casita is a 15 minute drive to the Cooperstown Dreams Park and a 20 minute drive to All Star Village.

The first floor has an open floor plan that includes living, dining and kitchen areas. The three bedrooms are all on the second floor.  There is a bath on each floor. The original hardwood floors have been lovingly restored.

Maximum occupancy:  6 people - Extra overnight guests are not allowed
