It sits on 12 acres which guarantees your privacy.  Within a short scenic drive you can visit Cooperstown, the Cooperstown Dreams Park, Brewery Ommegang, Red Shed Brewery, Cooperstown Brewing Company and much more. The large covered breezeway has outdoor dining overlooking the valley.

The open floor plan features a sunken living room and kitchen.  It has a front deck, rear deck and patio with outside seating. The 42 flat screen LCD TV is in the living room.
