Imagine having your whole team together for Cooperstown week - families just steps apart, kids finding friends outside after the games, and everyone able to gather for dinner without coordinating a dozen drives. This listing reserves all 12 cottages on one property, creating a home base for your team and the families cheering them on.

Creekside offers a balance that’s hard to find for a large group. Spend time together on the spacious grounds, then head back to your own private cottage when it’s time to rest, make a meal, or settle the younger kids in for the night.

Each approximately 700-square-foot cottage has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, a covered front porch, and parking beside the cottage. Bed linens and bath towels are provided in every cottage, so families can settle in comfortably. Each cottage accommodates up to four guests, for a maximum of 48 across the property.

Cottage bedding

• Cottages 1–7: One bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds.

• Cottages 8–12: A queen bed in each bedroom.

Cottage 9 is handicap accessible, with an entry ramp, wider doorways, and a roll-in shower.

The shared grounds give your team plenty of ways to enjoy time between games. Share meals at the picnic tables and gas grills under the pavilion, shoot hoops on the paved court, or gather around the community fire pit in the evening. A stream winds through the property, and across the road you’ll find a New York State fishing access site on Oaks Creek and a wooded nature trail.

One well-supervised team party is permitted during your stay; please let the host know when you plan to hold it. 

After booking: The lead guest will receive a confirmation email with a cottage-assignment spreadsheet. Please list the main guest, contact information, and number of occupants for each cottage. The remaining rental balance can be split into individual payments among the cottage families; contact Cooperstown Stay to arrange this. We will also contact each cottage’s main guest to arrange a separate $500 refundable damage deposit for that cottage and have them sign the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
