Eagle Rock Mountain- Tucked away on a quiet country road just a short drive to downtown Oneonta and the All-Star Village sits this terrific home. An open floor plan, kitchen, dining and living area features large windows, plenty of natural light and views of the distant hills. Whether you choose to sit on the deck and soak up the sun or the couch and gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view at Eagle Rock will slow your pace and relax you.
 
A large kitchen with new appliances and all the gizmos you will need greets you as you enter the home. This space is perfect for getting meals together for your group, the gas grill is conveniently located just outside the kitchen on the deck. An unbeatable spot to relax and watch the day change before you is found in the living room. You can get lost in the couch gazing out the large windows at the hills in the distance. Here you will feel like you are in the remote wilderness, all the while you are just a short drive to all Oneonta has to offer, colleges, shops, restaurants and of course, baseball tournaments. 
 
Eagle Rock Mountain has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the main level and great for those who don't care for lots of stairs. A Queen bedroom on the main level and another room next door with 2 sets of bunk beds. On the main level as well, is a full bath with tub/shower and a laundry room. Down the stairs in the lower level is the primary bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bath featuring a jetted tub and a separate shower. 
 
There is a game room area on the lower level with a pool table for passing time between games, as well as plenty of lawn space for outdoor activities. For the adventure seekers, the outdoor enthusiasts, and those who are looking for something other than blacktop and sidewalks, there is a terrific set of walking trails that wind their way through the woods to a beautiful set of waterfalls.
