This home is tucked away on a quiet country road in a lovely wooded setting, just minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. There is a large front yard perfect for outdoor activities like cornhole and ladder golf or even a family game of wiffleball. 

Inside you enjoy an open floor plan.  The 1st floor features a beautiful kitchen featuring handmade cabinetry, dining area, living room, laundry room and recently renovated bathroom. Upstairs you'll find 5 bedrooms with TVs and 2 additional bathrooms with combo tub/shower.

From the rear covered porch, you will overlook a lovely spring-fed pond, full of frogs and fish. There is a fire pit in the backyard, perfect for family campfires.
