Garden House - Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Garden House is less than a 10 minute ride to All Star Village baseball tournaments in Oneonta NY. It sits on a well groomed lot with floral gardens that have been planned to be in bloom continually from early spring to late summer. There is a pleasant stone patio in the back yard that is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large well-groomed back yard. Plenty of room to practice baseball skills!
This inviting home has a large living room and a separate dining room. A recently built breezeway flows out to a stone patio area with gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - one bath on each floor. The baths have been updated with contemporary tile work. The interior is very well kept and has a comfortable inviting atmosphere. A game room in the finished basement gives you a chance to unwind.
Note: In the winter months the breezeway is unavailable as it is used as a greenhouse for outside plants.
Your host/owner lives in a separate wing of the home; they are nearby if you need help and they will give you your privacy.
