Under 5 minutes to the Dreams Park, new construction, immaculately kept, King bed, game room, modern kitchen, fire pit, quiet country setting, and more! When you arrive at Home Plate, you will be pleased with your decision. Set back off the road in a quiet clearing in woods, with lots of privacy, you will feel the hustle and bustle of baseball life disappear. There is plenty of outdoor deck space to enjoy, a lot of open yard, and a great fire pit overlooking the home. 
 
As soon as you enter Home Plate, you will know that the hosts here care deeply about their home. This well-laid-out and well-furnished home is perfect for your stay in Cooperstown. There is plenty of space in the kitchen to prep meals for your group, and different options for where you'll sit to eat. Whether you are out on the deck enjoying the sights and sounds of nature while you eat or you choose to eat inside and enjoy the view out the large windows you'll feel like you are in the forest. The great room space is perfect to hang out and relax while still taking advantage of the great large windows and sliding doors. 
 
Three bedrooms and 2 baths all located on the main floor make for easy access even if there are folks in your group with mobility issues, only a few steps to climb when coming onto the deck from the driveway. A King bedroom with ensuite bath, and a Queen bedroom that shares a bath off the hallway with the 3rd bedroom with a pair of twins rounding out the bed/bath roster. There is a laundry room conveniently located on the 1st floor as you enter the mudroom.  If you are looking for a way to entertain the siblings, or even yourself, the 2nd-floor game loft with Foosball, a large TV and assorted games is just what you want. This space is perfect for a little downtime between between games to kill time during a rain delay.
