Phoenix Hill - NEW construction - Phoenix Hill sits proudly on a hilltop with panoramic views of the gracious rolling foothills on all sides. Enjoy the long distance views by day and watch the amazing number of stars in the 'big sky' by night. A very large lawn provides lots of room for outdoor fun. This home has a 700 square foot deck for relaxing and a convenient covered rear entrance.  There is a large scenic pond in the rear lawn - a favorite landing spot for wild ducks and Canada Geese. Cool off in the above ground pool (27 ft. wide, 4 ft. deep). Young children enjoy the playground set.

This home has something for every family member.  A work out area in the sun room includes an elliptical, and a game room on the third floor that includes Foosball, air-hockey, and a pop-a-shot (basketball shooting game).   A large user-friendly kitchen is great for prepping meals for the whole group.
