It is perfect for a family of 2 - 4.  It is located on a quiet residential street across from Hartwick College and is very close to the State College at Oneonta. This welcoming cottage is very convenient to Oneonta Main Street shops & dining.

There is a delightful patio area in the rear, for private outdoor dining and relaxing. It comes with all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Your host pays attention to every detail.  Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and a washer / dryer.
