The Shire - Recent renovation. The Shire is located in the village of Milford. The backyard adjoins the community park which has basketball courts, swing sets, tennis courts, a baseball field and a running track. Walking distance to Rail Explorers and Cooperstown Brewing Co. 

Modern conveniences and contemporary décor blend well with the features of the early architecture.  One of the bathrooms retains an original claw footed tub as well as a shower.  The modern kitchen with custom built cabinetry is complete with an island and a spacious dining area that enjoys a view of the backyard. Your host provides 3 TVs. This home features a living room and another room - set up to view movies or videos of your game.

Off-street parking is available.  A year-round tenant lives in an attached apartment with a totally separate entrance.
