Ark Place - An amazing renovation of a classic historic home set on peaceful, well maintained grounds with views of the rolling hills beyond!   Ark Place is very convenient to Oneonta youth baseball tournaments. This home features a spacious 430 square foot stamped concrete patio complete with outdoor dining and seating.  Enjoy family campfires under the stars by the fire pit.

2019 - 20 renovation showcases spacious rooms that combine early architectural features with modern amenities.  There are hardwood floors throughout.  A large eat-in kitchen is a great place for family and friends to prepare food together.  

There is a bedroom and a bath on the first floor and 3 more bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. A game area has a Foosball. Corn hole toss is provided for outside family fun.
