Owl Patch - NEW Renovation in 2018 - built-in 1987, Owl Patch has been updated with contemporary and pleasing décor. This home enjoys a private 2 acre setting at the end of the road in a small development on the outskirts of Oneonta. It is very convenient to All Star Village baseball tournaments.

It features a user-friendly flow from a spacious living area to a dining area to the kitchen. Guests especially enjoy gathering in the dining / kitchen area. The back door leads from the kitchen to a covered 12 x 14 deck for outside seating and dining. The deck overlooks a large level back yard - perfect for outdoor pick-up games. A fire pit provided for family campfires under the stars.

There is a family room in the finished lower level with a TV. A futon in the family room provides extra sleeping. There is hardwood flooring throughout the main areas and bedrooms with w / carpet on the stairs and second floor hallway, and master bedroom.
