YES, we will help you with cancellations and refunds.

Regrettably, due to the sheer volume of emails and phone calls, we are not able to personally respond to all of them.

The current reservations have taken 6 months to process. We will be processing refunds in an orderly fashion - this will take a long time.

We will be emailing you in the future with details about how to cancel your reservation and begin the refund process. 

At this point,

·         Cooperstown Dreams Park has canceled 2020 baseball tournaments.

·         All Star Village is saying they will not cancel any weeks until May 3; they will take it 1 week at a time.

·         Baseball World has not made any announcement.

We are very sad for all of your players who will not have their "Cooperstown Experience" this year.

 We wish your family good health and we hope you are able to evade this dangerous virus.

As a rental agent, Cooperstown Stay represents the rental units on our site which are privately owned and managed by individual hosts. Rental fees have been paid to each host.  We are asking the hosts to return the rental money to Cooperstown Stay. When we receive the money back from the host, YES, we will start the refund process. 

·         We will be sending a refund CHECK to you.

·         Refunds will NOT be processed on credit cards.

Please be patient. This will take time. We will do our best to carefully track all of the details and take care of each guest.

We have been accommodating youth baseball families for 23 years and will continue to do so.
