The decor is a pleasing eclectic combination of custom made tables and chandeliers and contemporary items. Attention has been given to every detail, including boosters to give a strong cell signal. The first floor king bedroom has a cathedral ceiling completed with pine boards and a spacious seating area.
The kitchen has ample food prep areas, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. In addition to the 2 king beds and a queen bed, extra sleeping is provided by a sleeper sofa in the living room and a sleeper sofa in the second floor loft area. Each bath has skillfully crafted custom tile.
Note: Although Dutch Hill Manor I is in the same structure as
Dutch Hill Manor II, a breezeway separates the two units, providing privacy for each unit.

Very spacious and nice having the connecting guest house for other travelers in your party. Wish they would allow a team gathering given the spacious yard and grounds. Very well stocked kitchen -
Only complaint would be it wasn’t as clean as we have experienced w other rentals. Lots of dust build up on dressers and tables and cobwebs with lots of debris in corners of rooms and doorways. Also felt the queen bedroom sheets were not changed at checkin since it had male cologne smell but we laundered them ourselves the next day to remedy the situation.
Cooperstown Stay note: The host addressed and corrected the cleaning issues.

The property was spacious inside and out. The fire pit was a fantastic bonus at night. It been newly renovated with all high end finishes and every amenities you can think of ( granite counters , Huge flatscreen TVs, a/c beautiful bathrooms , gas grill, fire pit and etc..,)
